Inspired by the ancient art of ceramics, Glaze puts meat centre stage, infusing every cut with new, rich, complex flavours, like clay transformed by the heat of the kiln. Prime cuts sourced from Uruguay, Ireland, Australia, Japan and beyond are prepared on a state-of-the-art Josper grill. Starters from sea and land, shared or individual cuts, house sauces, side dishes and sushi selections allow each table to shape their own dinner. For a more intimate encounter, the outdoor teppanyaki setting seats up to 8 guests, offers a front-row seat to the art of the grill, available by advance reservation.
