A refined setting where exclusive gatherings take shape. A 12-step tasting menu of modern European cuisine drawn entirely from Greek produce, curated by the executive chef and tailored to each table. Veal dishes recalling the warmth of a traditional Greek Sunday meal, reimagined through layers of texture, cream, jelly and form, where garden vegetables are presented as fossilised shells and familiar ingredients are transformed through bisques, creams, jellies and dehydration into culinary language spoken only within the Private Dining Room.
