Sunset Apertivo: The Rhodian Way

Once per week, when the Rhodian sun descends into the sea, guests gather for aperitivo around the firepit, offering a sensorial pause. Symbolising the island’s creation myth—the love story of the sun god Helios and the sea nymph Rhode—the experience reflects the moment when the sun “kisses” the sea and land rises from the water.

Under the ever-changing beauty of the sky, accompanied by dancing flames, refreshing Spritz glasses clink and Greek cicchetti are savoured. Concluding with a small memento keepsake, these dusk evenings are carved into memory.
