The Olive Grove Experience

Inspired by the olive grove and its 276 trees surrounding the resort, the daily tasting journeys of regional olive varieties provide insight into the deep significance of the “sacred olive” in Greek tradition, guided by a dedicated Epicurean Ambassador.

From olive trees rising from sun-blessed land to the table, six infused olive varieties prepared using traditional and aromatic ingredients such as ouzo, rosemary, orange peel, thyme and other Mediterranean botanicals reflect the rich terroir of Rhodes. Complemented by a carefully curated selection including olive paste, traditional bread rusks, breadsticks, premium extra virgin olive oil, olive-based marmalade and the classic Olives Spoon dessert, this culinary experience celebrates the diversity of Mediterranean flavours.
